Ashley and I recently took a trip to the San Antonio Zoo, where we saw lions and tigers and tapirs and more. On the same day we were there, a Sumatran tiger named Berani attacked and mauled a zookeeper. I guess animals are not really meant to be locked up in cages, so they sometimes rage against the machine. Anyhow, click below to view some of the photos I took (they didn’t turn out very well, so I didn’t post that many of them). Unfortunately, we were unable to witness the mauling, so there are no photos and/or videos of that.

We spent the weekend bumming around in San Antonio with Mike. While doing so, we helped Mike with his beer brewing. Ashley proved to be a very capable bottle capper.
